Quelque malchance qu’il y ait dans mes cheveux, dans la raie et sur le sommet de ma tête—sur mon front, mes oreilles et mes yeux—que les eaux sacrées l’anéantissent. Hommage à vous, ô Eaux.
Narada (teaching a ritual/prayoga as received in the tradition of Sanatkumara dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It invokes Āpaḥ (sacred waters) as a purifying divine principle to remove personal inauspiciousness affecting the body’s key sense-centers, aligning outer cleanliness with inner auspiciousness.
Bhakti is expressed as reverent surrender—“namaḥ”—to a sacred manifestation of the Divine (the Waters), trusting grace to cleanse doṣa and restore auspiciousness for worship and japa.
It reflects ritual application (prayoga) consistent with śauca/ācāra: using mantra with water for purification—an applied, technical discipline closely tied to Vedic ritual procedure and correct recitation.
