Et qu’il contemple un flot pénétrant son propre corps par le brahma-randhra (l’ouverture au sommet du crâne). Par ce courant intérieur, qu’il lave entièrement toute impureté logée au-dedans du corps.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It teaches inner śauca (purification) through yogic visualization: a purifying flow enters via the brahma-randhra and washes away internal mala, preparing the practitioner for higher dhāraṇā and liberation-oriented practice.
While framed as a yogic technique, it supports bhakti indirectly: inner cleansing steadies the mind and senses, making japa, smaraṇa, and focused devotion to Viṣṇu more consistent and sattvic.
It reflects technical sādhanā language aligned with disciplined practice (śauca and dhāraṇā-style visualization), a hallmark of Book 1.3’s ‘technical sciences’ orientation rather than narrative praise alone.
