Établi dans la posture nommée Yoni-mudrā, celui qui, l’esprit parfaitement recueilli, récite quelque mantra que ce soit, voit s’épanouir pour lui toutes les siddhis (accomplissements).
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It emphasizes that mantra-japa becomes efficacious when supported by yogic discipline—right posture (āsana/mudrā) and deep mental collectedness (samādhi-like focus), leading to spiritual and yogic attainments.
While framed as a technical sādhana, it supports bhakti by teaching steady, concentrated repetition of a chosen mantra; such one-pointed japa is a core devotional practice when the mantra is aligned to one’s iṣṭa-devatā.
It highlights prayoga (practical application) of mantra through disciplined japa—linking technical yogic procedure (āsana/mudrā and mental steadiness) to measurable results (siddhi), a hallmark of the Third Pada’s technical orientation.
