FAQs

It distinguishes sense-objects (sound, touch, form, taste, smell) from organs of action (speech, hands, feet, anus, genitals), helping the seeker discern the field of experience and regulate it for inner purification and liberation-oriented discipline.

By mapping what pulls the mind outward (sense-objects) and what expresses karma (organs of action), it supports Bhakti as disciplined engagement: restraining sensory drift and dedicating speech and actions toward Vishnu-centered worship, japa, and righteous conduct.

A technical, classificatory approach aligned with Vedic pedagogical methods—useful for Shiksha/Vyakarana-style precision in defining categories, and for ritual discipline by identifying which faculties must be controlled and purified during sadhana.
