Śrāddha-prayoga: Niyama, Brāhmaṇa-parīkṣā, Kutapa-kāla, Tithi-nyāya, and Vaiṣṇava-phala
Narada (teaching Śrāddha ritual-dharma in dialogue context with Sanatkumāra tradition)
Vrata: Śrāddha (paitṛka rite)
Primary Rasa: bhayanaka
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It stresses that Śrāddha is a sacred duty toward the Pitṛs; spoiling or obstructing it is treated as a grave adharma with severe karmic consequence (falling into naraka).
By insisting on reverent, disciplined performance of dharmic rites, it supports a bhakti-aligned life where duties are done as sacred service—maintaining purity, respect, and order in acts offered with faith.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied: precise conduct during the brāhmaṇa-bhojana portion of Śrāddha, including avoiding mutual contact that is treated as a doṣa (ritual fault).
