Pūrṇimā-vrata (Lakṣmī–Nārāyaṇa-vrata): Observance, Moon Arghya, and Annual Udyāpana
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Narada Purana dialogue tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It links dharma (regulated daily conduct) with bhakti (repeated worship), teaching that spiritual life is sustained by both disciplined routine and heartfelt devotion, practiced consistently each morning.
Bhakti is shown as steady and repeatable—after completing one’s rightful duties, one returns to worship again, offering devotion in a manner suited to one’s capacity rather than mere display.
The emphasis is on vidhi (proper procedure) in daily observances—practical kalpa-style ritual discipline: doing nitya-karmas and puja according to injunction and personal means.
