«Moi seul suis le Viṣṇu suprême; en moi demeure tout cet univers.» Celui qui le voit ainsi sans cesse, sache qu’il est le meilleur parmi les meilleurs.
Sanatkumara (teaching Narada in a jnana-bhakti frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches a constant, God-centered vision: realizing Vishnu as the Supreme Reality and seeing the entire universe as existing in Him—this steady perception is praised as the highest spiritual attainment.
Bhakti here is not merely ritual action but uninterrupted remembrance and perception of Vishnu’s all-pervading supremacy; such continuous Vishnu-awareness is presented as the mark of the most elevated devotee.
No specific Vedanga practice (like Vyakarana, Jyotisha, or Kalpa) is directly taught; the emphasis is on Vedantic discernment and continuous contemplation (nididhyasana-like seeing) of Vishnu as the ground of the cosmos.
