Après avoir édifié trois sanctuaires pour Vināyaka et quatre dans le temple de Viṣṇu, on atteint la demeure divine correspondante et l’on s’y réjouit durant deux cent mille yuga.
Sanatkumara (in dialogue with Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It presents mandira-nirmāṇa (constructing deity shrines/temples) as a concrete act of bhakti that generates vast puṇya, culminating in attaining the deity’s own abode and prolonged divine enjoyment.
Bhakti here is expressed through service (sevā) to the deity’s presence in the world—establishing places of worship for Vināyaka and especially Viṣṇu—showing devotion as both inner faith and outer, community-sustaining action.
Ritual application is implied: proper establishment of shrines and temples depends on kalpa (ritual procedure) and related disciplines (e.g., choosing auspicious times and correct rites), aligning devotional works with śāstric method.
