धटाजकर्क्यलिघटे पूर्वे ज्ञेज्यगृहे ह्युदक् । वृषे पश्चान्मृगे सिंहे दक्षिणे वसतिर्भवेत् ॥ ८८ ॥
dhaṭājakarkyalighaṭe pūrve jñejyagṛhe hyudak | vṛṣe paścānmṛge siṃhe dakṣiṇe vasatirbhavet || 88 ||
Pour ceux qui naissent sous le Verseau, le Bélier, le Cancer, la Balance ou le Capricorne, la direction propice pour demeurer est l’est (et, dans les maisons de Mercure et de Jupiter, aussi le nord). Pour le Taureau, c’est l’ouest; et pour le Capricorne et le Lion, le sud est prescrit comme convenable.
