Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā
सपापगोऽर्को जायो वा परवीर्यप्रसूतिकृत् । पापभस्थौ पापखेटैः सूर्यार्घानत्रिकोणगौ ॥ ७३ ॥
sapāpago'rko jāyo vā paravīryaprasūtikṛt | pāpabhasthau pāpakheṭaiḥ sūryārghānatrikoṇagau || 73 ||
Si le Soleil (Arka) est conjoint à une influence pécheresse, il rend l’on “jāya” (subordonné, soumis à autrui) ou fait que la descendance soit engendrée par la puissance d’un autre homme. De même, lorsque des planètes maléfiques occupent des lieux maléfiques, et lorsque le Soleil et la Lune se tiennent dans les positions triangulaires de l’argha du Soleil (division technique), de tels effets sont indiqués.
