Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, in the jyotiṣa-style explanatory flow)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It frames worldly outcomes (wealth, livelihood, etc.) as time-bound karma-fruits that manifest through daśā, encouraging disciplined interpretation of experience as structured, not random.
Indirectly: by locating material gains and career outcomes within daśā-based karma, it supports vairāgya (detachment), making it easier to prioritize devotion and inner liberation over fluctuating results.
Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa: daśā-phala application—judging results from a planet’s bhāva placement, nakṣatra influence, and momentary yogas, then attributing those outcomes to that planet’s operating period.
