Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It teaches a progression in meditation: once dhāraṇā becomes unwavering, the seeker moves from ornamented, form-based visualization toward a subtler remembrance of the Lord beyond external attributes.
It refines bhakti into inward smaraṇa: devotion matures from appreciating divine beauty and symbols to loving recollection of the Lord’s essential presence, not dependent on outward embellishments.
This verse is primarily yogic rather than Vedāṅga-focused; the practical takeaway is meditative discipline—stabilizing dhāraṇā and then practicing subtler contemplation (nirupādhi-smaraṇa).
