अदेहे ह्यात्मनि प्राज्ञो ममेदमिति मन्यते । इत्थं च पुत्रपौत्रेषु तद्देहोत्पादितेषु च ॥ ९० ॥

adehe hyātmani prājño mamedamiti manyate | itthaṃ ca putrapautreṣu taddehotpāditeṣu ca || 90 ||

Bien que le Soi soit sans corps, celui qui se méprend sur le réel pense : « Ceci est à moi ». De même, il étend ce sentiment de « mien » aux fils et aux petits-fils, et même aux corps issus de ce corps (sa descendance).
