बंधायैव भवत्येषा ह्यविद्या चाक्रमोज्झिता । जन्मोपभोगलिप्सार्थमियं राज्यस्पृहा मम ॥ ८१ ॥

baṃdhāyaiva bhavatyeṣā hyavidyā cākramojjhitā | janmopabhogalipsārthamiyaṃ rājyaspṛhā mama || 81 ||

Ceci devient en vérité cause de servitude : l’avidyā, l’ignorance non rejetée. Par désir de renaissances répétées et de jouissances mondaines, cet attrait pour la royauté s’est levé en moi.
