Sṛṣṭi-pralaya-kathana: Mahābhūta-guṇāḥ, Vṛkṣa-indriya-vādaḥ, Prāṇa-vāyu-vyavasthā
अग्निमारुतसंयोगात्ततः समभवन्मही । ततस्तेजो मयं दिव्यं पद्मं सृष्टं स्वयंभुवा ॥ १७ ॥
agnimārutasaṃyogāttataḥ samabhavanmahī | tatastejo mayaṃ divyaṃ padmaṃ sṛṣṭaṃ svayaṃbhuvā || 17 ||
De la conjonction du feu et du vent naquit alors la terre. Puis le Svayambhū, l’Auto-né, fit surgir un lotus divin, tissé de splendeur lumineuse.

The verse primarily conveys Purāṇic cosmology rather than a specific Vedāṅga; it can, however, be used as a conceptual backdrop for Jyotiṣa (Vedic astronomy/astrology) discussions that rely on an ordered cosmic structure.
