The Anukramaṇī (Summary/Index) of the Mārkaṇḍeya Purāṇa
खनित्रस्य ततः प्रोक्ता कथा पुण्या महात्मनः । अविक्षिच्चरितं चैव किमिच्छव्रतकीर्त्तनम् ॥ ११ ॥
khanitrasya tataḥ proktā kathā puṇyā mahātmanaḥ | avikṣiccaritaṃ caiva kimicchavratakīrttanam || 11 ||
Ensuite fut racontée l’histoire sainte et méritoire du magnanime Khanitra ; et de même le récit d’Avikṣi, à la conduite irréprochable, avec la proclamation du vœu de Kimiccha.
