The Narration of the Trayodaśī Vow Observed Throughout the Twelve Months

एवं यः कुरुते विप्र वर्षे वर्षे महोत्सवम् । वसंतसमये प्राप्ते हृष्टः पुष्टः सदैव सः ॥ ९ ॥

evaṃ yaḥ kurute vipra varṣe varṣe mahotsavam | vasaṃtasamaye prāpte hṛṣṭaḥ puṣṭaḥ sadaiva saḥ || 9 ||

Ainsi, ô brāhmaṇa, quiconque accomplit cette grande fête d’année en année—lorsque vient la saison du printemps—demeure toujours joyeux et fortifié, dans l’abondance.
