Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within ritual/procedural narration)
Vrata: Ṣaṣṭhī-vrata (contextual; chapter-level)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It teaches that worship is completed only when one ends it with reverence—offering naivedya, performing ārati, seeking forgiveness for ritual errors, and respectfully concluding the deity’s invoked presence through visarjana.
Bhakti here is shown as humility and completeness: the devotee serves through offerings and praise, then bows and asks pardon, acknowledging human limitation and maintaining a respectful relationship with the worshipped presence.
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure): doing worship “vidhivat” (according to rule), including nīrājana, kṣamāprārthanā (asking forgiveness), and visarjana (formal conclusion) as standard components of a properly structured pūjā.
