Draupadī and Satyabhāmā on ethical household conduct
The verse links ritual worship to dharmic balance: Fire (Agni) is honored with the best oblation in seasonal rites, and his worship is paired with Parjanya, highlighting the interdependence of human offerings and nature’s life-giving rain within ṛta/dharma.
Mārkaṇḍeya identifies a specific revered form of Agni—Vaiśvānara—describing how he is worshipped in the Cāturmāsya sacrifices with principal offerings, together with Parjanya, and notes his lineage as connected to Anini.
