The verse underscores the Mahābhārata’s recurring idea that reality can contain vast, even cosmic, dimensions hidden within what seems small—inviting humility and reverence toward the mysterious order of the world.
The narrator reports a wondrous vision experienced while moving within a miraculous child’s belly: everything appears jewel-adorned, and even wild animals like lions, tigers, and boars are seen there, continuing the description of an inner world resembling the outer cosmos.
