कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः
Kṛtayuga Description and Instruction on Royal Dharma
ततः प्रविष्टस्तत्कुक्षिं सहसा मनुजाधिप । सराष्ट्रनगराकीर्णा कृत्स्नां पश्यामि मेदिनीम्,राजन! उसमें प्रवेश करते ही मैं सहसा उस बालकके उदरमें जा पहुँचा। वहाँ मुझे समस्त राष्ट्रों और नगरोंसे भरी हुई यह सारी पृथ्वी दिखायी दी
tataḥ praviṣṭas tatkukṣiṃ sahasā manujādhipa | sarāṣṭranagarākīrṇāṃ kṛtsnāṃ paśyāmi medinīm ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : «Ô seigneur des hommes, dès que j’y entrai, je me trouvai soudain dans le ventre de cet enfant. Là, je vis la terre entière—achevée en toutes ses parties—pleine de royaumes et de cités.»
