ततो बालेन तेनास्यं सहसा विवृतं कृतम् । तस्याहमवशो वकत्रे दैवयोगात् प्रवेशित:,तदनन्तर उस बालकने सहसा अपना मुख खोला और मैं दैवयोगसे परवशकी भाँति उसमें प्रवेश कर गया
tato bālena tenāsyaṁ sahasā vivṛtaṁ kṛtam | tasyāham avaśo vaktre daivayogāt praveśitaḥ ||
Alors cet enfant ouvrit soudain la bouche toute grande. Par un détour du destin, moi—sans pouvoir, comme contraint—je fus entraîné dans sa bouche.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights daivayoga—events unfolding through destiny or divine ordinance—showing that even a conscious person may become avaśa (without control) when confronted with a higher, mysterious order.
A child suddenly opens his mouth, and the narrator says he is involuntarily made to enter it, signaling the onset of a miraculous or uncanny experience that the narrator witnesses firsthand.
