पुण्यं भवति कर्मेदं प्रशस्तं चैव जीवितम्‌ । सिद्धार्थस्ति गतिं मुख्यां प्राप्ता धर्मपरायणा:

Transliteration

puṇyaṃ bhavati karmedaṃ praśastaṃ caiva jīvitam | siddhārthāste gatiṃ mukhyāṃ prāptā dharmaparāyaṇāḥ ||

Translation

«Cet acte devient méritoire, et leur manière de vivre est véritablement digne d’éloge. Ceux qui sont voués au dharma ont accompli leur dessein et atteint la voie la plus haute du destin.»
