Jarā’s Account and the Enthronement of Jarāsandha (जरासंधोत्पत्तिः अभिषेकश्च)
उवाच च महाप्राज्ञस्तं राजानं महामुनि: । गच्छ राजन् कृतार्थोडसि निवर्तस्व नराधिप
uvāca ca mahāprājñas taṃ rājānaṃ mahāmuniḥ | gaccha rājan kṛtārtho 'si nivartasva narādhipa ||
Alors le grand sage, doué d’une sagesse profonde, s’adressa au roi : « Va, ô roi. Ton dessein est accompli. Seigneur des hommes, retourne maintenant dans ta capitale. »
श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
When one’s rightful objective has been attained through proper means and guidance, dharma requires contentment and withdrawal—returning without greed, escalation, or needless prolongation.
A great sage formally concludes an encounter by telling a king that his aim has been fulfilled and instructs him to depart and return to his seat of rule, signaling closure and orderly return to duty.
