वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो धर्मक्ष शक्रश्न मरुतश्षाश्विनावपि । देवा देवर्षयश्चैव रथमारोप्य पाण्डवम्
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tato dharmaḥ śakraś ca marutaś cāśvināv api | devā devarṣayaś caiva ratham āropya pāṇḍavam |
Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors Dharma et Śakra (Indra), avec les Maruts et les deux Aśvin, ainsi que les dieux et les sages divins, firent monter le Pāṇḍava (Yudhiṣṭhira) sur un char. L’ayant ainsi honoré, ils prirent la route du ciel dans leurs véhicules célestes respectifs—signe que la droiture inébranlable, éprouvée jusqu’à l’extrême, est en définitive reçue et soutenue par l’ordre cosmique lui-même.
