तस्य रूपमभूद् राजन् भीमसेनस्य संयुगे । खटद्योतैरावृतस्येव पर्वतस्य दिनक्षये,राजन्! उस समय युद्धस्थलमें भीमसेनका रूप संध्याके समय जुगुनुओंसे भरे हुए पर्वतके समान प्रतीत हो रहा था
tasya rūpam abhūd rājan bhīmasenasya saṁyuge | khaṭadyotair āvṛtasyeva parvatasya dinakṣaye ||
Ô Roi, dans ce combat l’apparence de Bhīmasena devint celle d’une montagne au déclin du jour, comme couverte d’essaims de lucioles—image qui accroît l’émerveillement devant sa vigueur guerrière et la sombre humeur du crépuscule sur le champ.
