Drona Parva, Chapter 18: Arjuna’s astra-deployment against the Saṃśaptakas

The verse highlights the battlefield virtue of regaining composure and restoring order after disruption. It points to the power of discipline and collective resolve—qualities that can rapidly turn confusion into coordinated action, even in morally fraught circumstances like war.
After a moment of shock or disarray, the warriors recover their awareness, re-form their army formation, and together launch an immediate assault on a Pāṇḍava (the son of Pāṇḍu).
