Śaineya’s Breakthrough and Reunion with Arjuna (शैनेयस्य समागमः)
The verse highlights how righteous resolve and strong allies—especially Kṛṣṇa’s committed support for Arjuna—can shift morale and expose the ethical and strategic weakness of an opposing side, leading to fear and grief.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that the Kauravas are likely distressed upon seeing Kṛṣṇa positioned for Arjuna’s benefit and Sātyaki, the foremost of the Śinis, present—signs that the Pāṇḍava side is powerfully supported.
