sañjaya uvāca | prītiyuktaṃ ca hṛdyaṃ ca madhurākṣaram eva ca | kālayuktaṃ ca citraṃ ca nyāyyaṃ yac cāpi bhāṣitum |
Sañjaya dit : «Ô roi, les paroles de Dharmarāja étaient pleines d’affection, agréables au cœur, faites de syllabes suaves, dites à propos, d’une tournure saisissante, dignes d’être prononcées et fondées sur la justice. Les ayant entendues, Sātyaki—le premier parmi les Śinis—répondit à Yudhiṣṭhira de la manière suivante.»
