ब्राह्मणा ज्ञानसम्पन्ना यथावच्छुतनिश्चया: । इतरं कृतपुण्यं वा तं विजानन्ति लक्षणै:
Translation
Les brahmanes riches de science, qui ont étudié comme il se doit les principes des Veda et des śāstra et dont la résolution est sûre, discernent par les signes quel jīva fut vertueux et quel jīva fut pécheur.
