Śakra–Śambara Saṃvāda: Brāhmaṇa-sevā, Anasūyā, and Vāg-bala (शक्रशम्बरसंवादः)
नान्तमेषां प्रपश्यामि न दिशश्वाप्यपावृता: । कुपिता: समुदीक्षन्ते दावेष्वग्निशिखा इव
nāntam eṣāṁ prapaśyāmi na diśaś cāpy apāvṛtāḥ | kupitāḥ samudīkṣante dāveṣv agniśikhā iva
Bhīṣma dit : «Je ne vois pas leur terme, et nulle direction ne demeure sans obstacle. Dans leur courroux, ils dardent leurs regards de toutes parts, tels des langues de feu qui s’élèvent dans un brasier de forêt.»
