Aṣṭāvakra’s Visit to Kubera: Hospitality, Temptation, and the Ethics of Restraint (अष्टावक्र-वैश्रवणोपाख्यानम्)
इति मत्वा हृदि मतं प्राह मां सुरसत्तम: । मयि सम्भावना यास्या: फलात्कृष्णो भविष्यति
iti matvā hṛdi mataṁ prāha māṁ surasattamaḥ | mayi sambhāvanā yāsyāḥ phalāt kṛṣṇo bhaviṣyati ||
Parāśara dit : «Connaissant le vœu établi dans mon cœur, le plus éminent des dieux me parla : “Ô sage, par la seule force de ton aspiration révérencieuse envers moi — ton désir de cette grâce — tu obtiendras un fils nommé Kṛṣṇa.”»
