हविध्रश्न पृषध्रश्न प्रतीप: शान्तनुस्तथा । अज: प्राचीनबर्हिश्व तथेक्ष्वाकुर्महायशा:

Transliteration

havidhraśnaḥ pṛṣadhraśnaḥ pratīpaḥ śāntanus tathā | ajaḥ prācīnabarhiś ca tathekṣvākur mahāyaśāḥ ||

Translation

Bhīṣma dit : «Écoute maintenant encore les noms de ces sages-rois : Havidhraśna, Pṛṣadhraśna, Pratīpa et Śāntanu ; de même Aja, Prācīnabarhis et l’illustre Ikṣvāku.»
