धर्म एव गतिस्तेषामाचार्योपासनाद् भवेत् | देवलोकं प्रपद्यन्ते ये धर्म पर्युपासते,आचार्यकी सेवा करनेसे मनुष्योंको एकमात्र धर्मका ही सहारा रहता है और जो धर्मकी उपासना करते हैं, वे देवलोकमें जाते हैं
dharma eva gatis teṣām ācāryopāsanād bhavet | devalokaṁ prapadyante ye dharmaṁ paryupāsate ||
Bhīṣma dit : «Pour de tels êtres, par l’assiduité dévouée auprès du maître, le Dharma seul devient leur véritable refuge et leur voie directrice. Ceux qui, avec constance, cultivent et révèrent le Dharma atteignent le monde des dieux.»
