ये तु धर्म महाराज सततं पर्युपासते । सत्यार्जवपरा: सन्तस्ते वै स्वर्गभुजो नरा:,महाराज! जो सत्य और सरलतामें तत्पर होकर सदा धर्मका पालन करते हैं, वे मनुष्य स्वर्गलोकका सुख भोगते हैं
ye tu dharma mahārāja satataṃ paryupāsate | satyārjavaparāḥ santaḥ te vai svargabhujo narāḥ ||
Bhīṣma dit : « Ô grand roi, ceux qui pratiquent et soutiennent sans cesse le dharma — des hommes vertueux voués à la vérité et à la droiture — jouissent en vérité des délices du ciel. »
