ब्राह्मणपूजायां व्युष्टिः — Vyuṣṭi (Merit-Outcome) of Honoring Brāhmaṇas: Kṛṣṇa and Durvāsā
इस पृथ्वीपर जो भी चराचर प्राणी हैं, उनके पिता-माता, प्रभु और उत्पत्तिस्थान भी आप ही हैं ।।
iha pṛthivyāṃ ye kecid carācarāḥ prāṇinaḥ santi teṣāṃ pitā-mātā prabhuś ca utpatti-sthānaṃ ca bhavān eva. evaṃ no vismayakaraṃ saṃśayaṃ madhusūdana; tvam evāhasi kalyāṇa vaktuṃ vahnir-vinirgamam. madhusūdana, tava mukhād agneḥ prādurbhāvo ’smākaṃ evam atīva vismayakaro ’bhavat; vayaṃ saṃśaye patitāḥ. kalyāṇamaya śrīkṛṣṇa, tvam eva kāraṇaṃ vaktvā asmākaṃ saṃśaya-vismaya-nivāraṇaṃ kartum arhasi.
Bhīṣma dit : «Tous les êtres de cette terre—mobiles ou immobiles—n’ont que toi pour père et pour mère, pour souverain, et même pour source de leur naissance. Ainsi, ô Madhusūdana, cet événement stupéfiant nous a jetés dans le doute. Toi seul, ô Bienheureux, peux expliquer l’apparition du feu. Ô Madhusūdana, le feu manifesté depuis ta bouche nous est apparu comme une merveille sans pareille ; nous sommes tombés dans l’incertitude. Ô Śrī Kṛṣṇa béni, toi seul peux en dire la cause et dissiper à la fois notre doute et notre étonnement.»
