वाजिनां च सहसेरे द्वे सुवर्णशशतभूषिते

Transliteration

vājināṁ ca sahasrāṇi dve suvarṇaśata-bhūṣite

Translation

Bhagīratha dit : « Et encore deux mille chevaux, chacun orné de cent pièces d’or. » Le vers fait sentir l’ampleur et la sincérité du don royal, et met en lumière l’idéal selon lequel richesse et puissance doivent être tournées vers le don juste et l’honneur dû aux dignes bénéficiaires.
