बाहुभ्यां योक्त्रयित्वा तं बलवान् पाण्डुनन्दन: । मध्ये भड़्क्त्वा महाबाहुर्हर्षयामास पाण्डवान्,तब महाबाहु बलवान् पाण्डुनन्दन भीमसेनने उसे दोनों भुजाओंसे बाँधकर उलटा मोड़ दिया और उसकी कमर तोड़कर पाण्डवोंका हर्ष बढ़ाया
bāhubhyāṁ yoktrayitvā taṁ balavān pāṇḍunandanaḥ | madhye bhaṅktvā mahābāhur harṣayāmāsa pāṇḍavān ||
Vaiśampāyana dit : Alors Bhīmasena, le puissant fils de Pāṇḍu aux grands bras, l’enserra de ses deux bras, le plia en arrière et lui brisa la taille, augmentant ainsi la joie et l’assurance des Pāṇḍava.
