इच्छया तस्य रूपाणि भवन्ति न भवन्ति च यत्र कामावसायित्वं त्रैलोक्ये सचराचरे
Transliteration
icchayā tasya rūpāṇi bhavanti na bhavanti ca yatra kāmāvasāyitvaṃ trailokye sacarācare
Translation
Par Sa seule volonté, Ses formes se manifestent—et peuvent aussi ne pas se manifester. En Lui demeure l’accomplissement décisif de tous les désirs à travers les trois mondes, parmi tout ce qui se meut et ce qui demeure immobile.
