Shloka 115

Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

प्रयत्नाद्वा तयोस्तुल्यं चिराद्वा ह्यचिराद्द्विजाः योगान्तरायास् तस्याथ जायन्ते युञ्जतः पुनः

prayatnādvā tayostulyaṃ cirādvā hyacirāddvijāḥ yogāntarāyās tasyātha jāyante yuñjataḥ punaḥ

Ô dvija, que ce soit par un effort soutenu ou par une aptitude égale à la pratique, après longtemps ou rapidement—lorsqu’on reprend la discipline du Yoga, des obstacles au Yoga surgissent alors pour le pratiquant.
