स्वयंभूते तथा देवे नात्र कार्या विचारणा आधायाग्निं शिवक्षेत्रे सम्पूज्य परमेश्वरम्
svayaṃbhūte tathā deve nātra kāryā vicāraṇā ādhāyāgniṃ śivakṣetre sampūjya parameśvaram

It establishes that a Svayaṃbhū (self-manifest) Linga carries intrinsic sanctity, so the devotee should proceed directly with proper Shiva-puja—especially in a Shiva-kṣetra—without doubt or excessive verification.
Shiva is indicated as Parameśvara—the supreme Pati—whose presence can be self-revealed (svayaṃbhū), transcending human scrutiny and becoming the direct refuge for the pashu (individual soul) seeking release from pāśa (bondage).
A puja-vidhi element is highlighted: kindling/establishing the ritual fire (agni) in Shiva’s sacred precinct and then performing complete worship (sampūjā) of Parameśvara; yogically, it implies niścaya (firm conviction) as the inner support for worship.
