Adhyaya 73 — त्रिपुरदाहे ब्रह्मस्तवः

Brahmā’s Hymn in the Context of Tripura’s Burning

गुणत्रयं चतुर्धाख्यम् अहङ्कारं च सुव्रताः तन्मात्राणि च भूतानि तथा बुद्धीन्द्रियाणि च

guṇatrayaṃ caturdhākhyam ahaṅkāraṃ ca suvratāḥ tanmātrāṇi ca bhūtāni tathā buddhīndriyāṇi ca

Ô vous aux vœux nobles, de Prakṛti naissent les trois guṇa ; l’ahaṅkāra aux quatre aspects ; les tanmātra et les bhūta ; ainsi que les organes de connaissance et d’action. Ainsi l’ordre manifesté est énuméré comme le champ du pāśa, où se meut le paśu, jusqu’à ce que le Seigneur, Pati—Śiva—le délivre.
