ईशानकल्पवृत्तान्तः तथा लैङ्गपुराणस्य संक्षेप-सूची

मुनीनां वंशविस्तारो राज्ञां शक्तेर्विनाशनम् दौरात्म्यं कौशिकस्याथ सुरभेर्बन्धनं तथा

Transliteration

munīnāṃ vaṃśavistāro rājñāṃ śaktervināśanam daurātmyaṃ kauśikasyātha surabherbandhanaṃ tathā

Translation

On y enseigne l’essor des lignées des munis, l’anéantissement du pouvoir des rois lorsqu’il est détourné, la conduite mauvaise de Kauśika, et aussi l’enchaînement de Surabhī—montrant comment l’adharma resserre le pāśa (lien) sur le paśu (l’âme) jusqu’à ce qu’il se tourne vers Pati, le Seigneur Śiva.
