Parīkṣit’s Inquiry into Vṛtrāsura’s Bhakti and the Beginning of Citraketu’s Trial
श्रीशुक उवाच इत्यर्थित: स भगवान् कृपालुर्ब्रह्मण: सुत: । श्रपयित्वा चरुं त्वाष्ट्रं त्वष्टारमयजद्विभु: ॥ २७ ॥
śrī-śuka uvāca ity arthitaḥ sa bhagavān kṛpālur brahmaṇaḥ sutaḥ śrapayitvā caruṁ tvāṣṭraṁ tvaṣṭāram ayajad vibhuḥ
Śrī Śuka dit : Ainsi sollicité, le compatissant Aṅgirā Ṛṣi, né de l’esprit du seigneur Brahmā, et d’une puissance immense, fit cuire le caru destiné à Tvaṣṭā et accomplit un sacrifice en offrant des oblations à Tvaṣṭā.
