तं त्वाखिलात्मदयितेश्वरमाश्रितानां सर्वार्थदं स्वकृतविद् विसृजेत को नु । को वा भजेत् किमपि विस्मृतयेऽनु भूत्यै किं वा भवेन्न तव पादरजोजुषां न: ॥ ५ ॥

taṁ tvākhilātma-dayiteśvaram āśritānāṁ sarvārtha-daṁ sva-kṛta-vid visṛjeta ko nu ko vā bhajet kim api vismṛtaye ’nu bhūtyai kiṁ vā bhaven na tava pāda-rajo-juṣāṁ naḥ

Tu es l’Âme de tous, l’Objet d’adoration le plus cher et le Seigneur suprême; à ceux qui prennent refuge en Toi, Tu accordes tous les buts et toutes les perfections. Qui donc oserait Te rejeter, connaissant Tes bienfaits ? Qui adorerait quoi que ce soit pour un plaisir matériel qui ne fait que Te faire oublier ? Et pour nous, engagés au service de la poussière de Tes pieds de lotus, quelle insuffisance pourrait-il rester ?
