Bhakti as the Easy and Supreme Yoga: Seeing Kṛṣṇa in All and Uddhava’s Departure to Badarikāśrama
In 11.29.19, Lord Kṛṣṇa calls it the most appropriate practice: to cultivate devotion and awareness of Him within all living beings through one’s mind, words, and bodily actions.
In the Uddhava Gītā, Kṛṣṇa summarizes the essence of spiritual practice for Uddhava—pure bhakti expressed universally as reverence and care toward all beings, enacted through thought, speech, and action.
Align thoughts with remembrance and goodwill, speech with truth and kindness, and actions with service and non-harm—treating every being as connected to Kṛṣṇa and worthy of respect.
