Vibhūti-yoga in the Bhāgavata: The Lord’s Manifest Opulences and the Discipline of Control
Generally, the Vaiṣṇavas worship the Personality of Godhead as Vāsudeva, Saṅkarṣaṇa, Pradyumna, Aniruddha, Nārāyaṇa, Hayagrīva, Varāha, Nṛsiṁha and Brahmā. It is understood that when a suitable living entity is not available to fill the post of Brahmā, the Lord Himself assumes the position; therefore Lord Brahmā is mentioned in the list. Lord Viṣṇu sometimes appears as Indra and sometimes as Brahmā, and it is Viṣṇu appearing as Brahmā who is indicated in this connection.
This verse states that vigor (ojas) and endurance (sahas) seen in the powerful are manifestations of the Lord Himself—strength ultimately rests in Him.
In the Uddhava Gītā section, Krishna teaches Uddhava how to recognize the Lord’s presence throughout creation; here He identifies Himself as the inner essence of power and as the very principle of devotional service among devotees.
Use your strength and stamina in service and integrity, remembering they are gifts of God; and prioritize bhakti—turning everyday work into devotion by offering actions and results to the Lord.
