Aditi’s Lament and Kaśyapa’s Instruction of the Payo-vrata (Milk Vow) to Please Keśava
त्वं देव्यादिवराहेण रसाया: स्थानमिच्छता । उद्धृतासि नमस्तुभ्यं पाप्मानं मे प्रणाशय ॥ २७ ॥
tvaṁ devy ādi-varāheṇa rasāyāḥ sthānam icchatā uddhṛtāsi namas tubhyaṁ pāpmānaṁ me praṇāśaya
Ô Mère Terre, déesse ! Le Seigneur Suprême, sous la forme d’Ādi-Varāha, t’a relevée de Rasātala, car tu désirais un lieu où demeurer. Je me prosterne devant toi ; anéantis les conséquences de mes fautes.
