Deva–Asura Battle after the Nectar; Bali’s Illusions and Hari’s Intervention
तस्य कर्मोत्तमं वीक्ष्य दुर्मर्ष: शक्तिमाददे । तां ज्वलन्तीं महोल्काभां हस्तस्थामच्छिनद्धरि: ॥ ४३ ॥
tasya karmottamaṁ vīkṣya durmarṣaḥ śaktim ādade tāṁ jvalantīṁ maholkābhāṁ hasta-sthām acchinad dhariḥ
Lorsque le Mahārāja Bali vit les activités militaires expertes d'Indra, il ne put retenir sa colère. Il saisit alors une autre arme, connue sous le nom de śakti, qui flamboyait comme un grand tison. Mais Indra coupa cette arme en morceaux alors qu'elle était encore dans la main de Bali.
