आ हरयः ससृज्रिरेऽरुषीरधि बर्हिषि । यत्राभि संनवामहे
ā́ háryaḥ sasṛjrire ’rúṣīr ádhi bárhiṣi | yátrābhí saṃnávāmahe
Hither have the tawny, ruddy steeds sped, upon the sacred grass—there where we urge our invocation on.
Ici ont accouru les coursiers fauves, rougeoyants, sur l’herbe sacrée, le barhis ; là nous pressons notre invocation, encore et encore.
